Responsibilities Manage core HR processes, including hiring, terminations, job changes, tuition reimbursement, and benefits administration Maintains information such as job descriptions, and HR procedures and employee personal information updated. Personal development Contact vendors and develop employee benefits Assist with employee relations issues as appropriate. Provide telephone support, mail distribution, manage SharePoint and other communication duties. New employee orientations, and exit interviewing. Update and maintain employee records in Workday; create and deliver HR reports, maintain personnel files Payroll Purchasing and managing company resources Communication with USA and China related to HR and Admin’s issue Qualifications 4 years in Human Resources Mandatory Advanced English and preferably Mandarin Chinese or Spanish Known the Labour Law in Mexico city overseas work experience is a plus Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
