工作职责: -Resolve customer questions regarding correct installation, software usage, calibration, and operation via phone contact or in-field support. -Sort out common problem from customers and report to R&D team for analysis and resolution. -Collect the product feedback and new demands in the market for better product improvement. -Conclude and edit the product manuals, installation notes, FAQ, or public knowledge articles. -Regularly provide product training course to dealers. -Assist the R&D team to do the local test for the new product or function. -Well execute any other tasks as assigned by the superior. 任职资格: -High school diploma or equivalent education. -IEEE, automation control, computer-related major is preferred. -3 year experience in technical service. -Experience in service robots, intelligent hardware, robot-related industry is preferred. -Business travel across the countries is required, familiar with cross-border culture, work across time zones within Europe. -Logical thinking, good communication skills, patience, self-motivated, strong learning ability, High efficiency. -Fluent in English is necessary and other local language skills in Europe is preferred.
